What is an Independent Auditor's Report?
The independent audit report includes the independent auditor's opinion on the entity's financial statements that is clearly expressed as a result of the independent audit. This opinion is based on whether the financial statements have been prepared, in all material respects, in accordance with the financial reporting standards to which they relate.
